Root Cause Miner: The AI-based ARIS Root Cause Miner automatically identifies root causes. It allows the user to interactively define an analysis question in each analysis dashboard and responds with a list of root causes that promote or prevent the specified process characteristic, ranked by its influence.
Advanced process enhancement: Existing process models can be enhanced by real performance measurements and structural context information with a context-sensitive side-by-side visualization. By selecting elements in an underlying process model, the side-by-side analysis is immediately updated to provide information based on the given selection. In addition, the identified process models can be used in combination with the process conformance check to adapt the designed process model to changing organizational behaviors.
Collaboration: ARIS Process Mining supports a fully governed transformation of business processes while involving all necessary stakeholders. For example, process analysts can share their findings with process owners and trigger change requests based on identified root causes. On this basis, a course of action can be defined, various improvement scenarios analyzed and simulated, and the most promising scenario can be approved by the process owner.
